Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Slide Maker is made by [DEVELOPER NAME] (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the Slide Maker apps for iPhone and Android (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Using the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. If you got the App from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Please don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.

Slide Maker Pro subscription

You can make and preview slideshows for free. Exporting finished videos needs Slide Maker Pro, a weekly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.

  • Free trial: new subscribers may get a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid weekly subscription and you’re charged.
  • Renewal: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends). The subscription renews automatically each week at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancelling: manage or cancel in your account settings: on iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds: payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refund requests go to them under their policies.
  • Restoring: if you reinstall the App or get a new phone, use Restore Purchases in Settings.

Your content

The photos, videos, recordings and slideshows you use and make with the App are yours, and we don’t claim any rights to them. You’re responsible for having the right to use what you add, including any music you import, and for how you share the result.

Music, stickers and effects

The filters, transitions and stickers in the App are ours or used under licence. You may use them in slideshows you make with the App and share those slideshows, including on social media, but not extract them and redistribute them on their own.

The music tracks come from Pixabay and are used under the Pixabay Content License. You may use them only within the slideshows and videos you make with the App, and share those videos. You may not extract the music from the App or from your videos, or use, sell or redistribute it on its own (as a standalone audio file, in a music library or otherwise). The artists are credited on our Credits page, which also appears in the App under Settings › Credits.

Privacy

How the App handles your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the App

We may update, change or stop parts of the App. Some features, such as 4K export, depend on your phone’s hardware and operating system, so not every feature is available on every device.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors; please keep the originals of photos and videos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top; if you keep using the App after that, the new terms apply.
